When shortcuts work
Section titled “When shortcuts work”Keep the mouse over the active Blueprint graph. Shortcuts do not activate while typing into a text field, while a menu is open, or while dragging a wire. Repeated key-down events are ignored.
Reassign a shortcut
Section titled “Reassign a shortcut”Open Editor Preferences → Plugins → Blueprint Connection Assistant and edit the shortcut fields. An empty key disables that shortcut. If two assistant actions share a chord, both are inactive for that chord and the panel reports a conflict.
Unreal’s native bindings are not automatically reassigned. Choose chords that do not interfere with your normal editor workflow.
